Milah Re-handle

I am replacing the handle back to original due weakness in the new handle yoke neck and it could be dangerous.

I like the above handle bar very much, less vibration and better for my riding position, however the material that the yoke is made is not to my liking so it need to be fix, so in the mean time I am using the old original bars. Below photos of the affected item that made me change the handle bar.

 It was made from inferior material so need to go.

 Stressed material and weaken by flexing and vibration.

I will need to manufacture or fabricate locally this part so that it will be strong. Best to machine it of Aluminium so that it can be stronger that this one.

 Just photos of installation and few measurements taken for future reference.

Above original handle bar yoke, I need to make something similar from Aluminium.

 All wiring and hoses need to be routed back to original.
