Adding a GPS Power Supply Unit to Versys
Versys is a bike that is made for long trip, and as any long trip its helpful if you have a GPS unit to ensure you are not loss. I just manage to install a GPS power unit and these few photos shows the installation briefly.
Above check power source, which one to use. Below is the accessories fuse which is not use and the connector is on the left forward of the bike.
Below the accessory relay plug, the 4 female in the black connector are - Ground, Power (Always On), Power from ignition switch (Switch on Power available), and Power feed to the large lug on the Right of Black connector. Additionally those two bullet connector are the ground return for any item needing it.

You can buy a relay like something below to make full use of this accessory power or just make use of power outlet coming out from it direct, just be careful not to overload the Ignition switch power.
In my case I just tap direct for the Garmin power supply unit, since it's a relatively low load and then I have a spare for cigarette outlet power.
Below the GPS power supply box for Garmin Nuvi, securely in position. It has a fused input and I tap power from above connector.
Below Gps unit, mounted in cradle.
Next is to test it, with a ride to somewhere.
