It's been ages ago that I first start riding motorcycle, since then I'm hooked to all the exciting adventures possible.
This blog is on Motorcycling activities in the Malay Peninsular, any events recorded here are from own experience or obtained from friends within the community.
It is also about motorcycle and other DIY that I embark on which may be of interest to reader.
Have a pleasant day and ride safe.

Sym Joymax 200 Seat Vibration Fix

This Sym VTS 200 seat latch is non-adjustable its often not holding it tightly and cause irritating noise. Over time these vibration could damage the hook due chaffing.

This need to be arrested, without adjustment my only remedy is to provide rubber shim making it tight and hold more securely.
A simple fix is to use rubber tap washer, making seat more tight against the holding latch as photo above.
